IMG_2830Today The Eloquent Equine had a great day out in the sun, enjoying Standardrama 2013 at the Orono Fair Grounds in Orono, ON (CAN). We first heard about this unique show at Toronto Horse Day on June 1st, and decided we better check it out.

Standardrama is the first show in a series dedicated specifically to the Standardbred breed. The series seeks to showcase the breed and its versatility across the disciplines. Its a great day out for the family and a great way to see this great breed in action.

The show in unique and diverse in its offerings, with various classes, including halter and showmanship, English Equitation, Dressage, Western, Showjumping, Driving, and costume. There’s definitely something for everyone!

Today’s show boasted a great turnout of horses, some great and unique vendors, a silent auction, and a 50/50 draw.
